1.1

Cashcloud uses the personal data of its customers solely for order processing purposes. Personal data are processed and stored in compliance with the provisions of the Law of Luxemburg of 2 August 2002 on personal data protection, as amended.

Subject to the provisions of Article 9 of the General Terms of Use, you are always entitled to receive information about your stored personal data, as well as to have them corrected, blocked or deleted free of charge, unless such data may not be deleted immediately for administrative or regulatory reasons and we are required to keep them for certain time. Your personal data, including your correspondence and e-mail address, will not be provided to third parties. Exceptions are any and all companies, with whom we collaborate in transaction processing (e.g. eMoney Institut, entrusted with the management of „eMoney Account“). In these cases, however, the volume of data disclosed is limited to the minimum necessary and such companies may use your data only for transaction processing purposes.

Our website, as well as our mobile applications and other systems, are protected by technical and organisational security measures to prevent loss, destruction, unauthorised access, modification or dissemination of your personal data by unauthorised persons.

We may collect device-specific information (such as the model of your smartphone, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information including your mobile phone number). If necessary, we may associate your device identifiers or phone number with your cashcloud account.

1.5

When you use the services of cashcloud or view content provided by us, we may automatically collect and store certain information in server and transaction logs. We may collect and store information locally on your device using mechanisms such as browser web storage (including HTML 5) and application data caches.

1.6

You are responsible to always keep the password and/or PIN for your „cashcloud mobile Wallet“ account and “cashcloud prepaid MasterCard” safe and never share them with or communicate them to third parties. Cashcloud would never ask you to provide your password and/or PIN to cashcloud or to any third party, outside the „Log in” area of „Mobile mobile Wallet“ or „mobile Wallet Dienst. You should change your password and/or PIN on a regular basis and observe the following:

  • Never write down the password and/or PIN for your „cashcloud mobile Wallet“ and “cashcloud prepaid MasterCard”, never record them electronically or otherwise, or keep them somewhere outside your control;
  • Never allow other persons to access your„cashcloud mobile Wallet“ and “cashcloud prepaid MasterCard” and make sure that no one is watching when you access your „cashcloud mobile Wallet“ or entering the PIN to your “cashcloud prepaid MasterCard”;
  • Choose a password for your „cashcloud mobile Wallet“ that is not easy for someone else to guess based on information, he/she may have or could obtain for you;
  • Do not choose a password with a meaning, which is unambiguously attributable to you;
  • Never enter your password outside „Mobile mobile Wallet“ or „mobile Wallet Dienst“.

As a user you are required to change your password, if you notice or suspect any loss, misappropriation, misuse or unauthorised use of your password or other security-related feature. Furthermore, you shall immediately contact the Customer Support Service of cashcloud and report any such loss or breach of password security respectively, so we can block access temporarily.

Cashcloud may block a user account at any time or otherwise restrict the access thereto, if we have reasons to believe that „cashcloud mobile Wallet“ or your “cashcloud prepaid MasterCard” is being used without the user’s authorization or otherwise misused.

1.9

User shall ensure that his/her e-mail account is secure and shall not disclose his/her password to third persons, as cashcloud may use this e-mail address to reset the user’s password or for sending security-related communications for his/her account. Alternatively, cashcloud may send the new password to the mobile number added to your account via text message (SMS). In parallel, the user may be prompted to provide a proof of identity. Should user have any suspicions that the account e-mail address may be at risk, we recommend user to immediately contact Customer Support Service of cashcloud.

Privacy Statement for the Use of Facebook Plug-ins (Like Button)– We use on our web pages plug-ins run by the social network Facebook, 1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA. You will be able to recognize the Facebook plug-in based on the Facebook logo, and/ or the "Like Button" ("Like") on our site. When visiting our website, a direct connection is established using the plug-in between your browser, your application and the Facebook servers. Thus, Facebook receives information that you have visited our site via your IP address. If you click on the Facebook “Like” button while being logged into your Facebook account, you can link the content from our website to your personal Facebook profile. Thereby, Facebook can associate your visit of our application to your user account. We would like to draw your attention that, we, as providers of this website, have no knowledge of the contents of the transmitted data or of their usage within Facebook. Privacy Statement for the Use of Google Analytics – Our website and application use Google Analytics, a web analytic service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses the so called „cookies” („Cookies”), text files stored on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. Privacy Statement for the Use of Google +1 – The service facilitates the collection and dissemination of information on a voluntary basis. By using the Google +1 button you can publish information worldwide. The Google+1 button helps you and other uses receive personalised content from Google and our partners. Google will record both your +1'd content and the information about the page that you were viewing when you clicked the +1 button. Your +1'd content, may appear to others as an annotation with your profile name and photo in Google services (such as in search results or on your Google Profile) or elsewhere on websites and ads on the Internet.
